マガーリはイタリア語で「もしも〜ｘｘ出来たら」という意味の言葉で、可能性を示唆してます。
もしもこんなお店があったらいいなと思っていただけるようにつけた店名です。

米沢市の関根という歴史と文化がある山間の古民家イタリアンでは、地域の豊かな食材をイタリア風にアレンジしてお出ししております。

米沢藩、１０代藩主の鷹山公が残してくださった糧になるもの、かてもの。
そして伝統的な野菜、保存食などの調理法。
それらを意識して四季折々のメニューをご提供します。

ワインはイタリアと山形産を中心に、お食事に合わせてソムリエがペアリングまたはご相談させていただきます。

Yamazato Magari Introduction

At Sekine、Yonezawa City where is very historic and cultually rich area, we serve the region’s abundant ingredients with an Italian taste

We are inspired by the wild plants written as a record in the old book left by Lord Yozan, the 10th feudal lord of the Yonezawa Domain, as well as traditional vegetables and

methods for preparing preserved foods. Keeping this in mind, we offer seasonal menus throughout the year

Our wine selection focuses on Italian and Yamagata wines and our sommelier will assist with pairings to complement your meal or provide consultation

メニューにアラカルトはなく、コースが３種類。

２種類はプリフィックスコースで当日お選び頂きます（ある日のメニューをご参照ください）。
１種類はシェフのお任せコースとなります。

プリフィックスの２種は前日までの予約制、シェフの完全お任せコースは仕入れの関係で３日前までには予約ください。

There is no a la carte menu: there are three types of courses

Two of them are prix fixe courses, which you can choose on the day(please refer to the menu of the day) One is chef’s full recommended course.

Reservation are required by the day before for the two prix fixe courses and for the chef’s full recommended, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance due to ingredient availability
